User Accounts
For security purposes, only one registered account is allowed to be created per customer by default. Golden Shell reserves the right to suspend accounts without further notice for customers who attempt to create multiple accounts. The parties agree that shipping is the sole responsibility of the third party logistics company after the order has been placed. At this stage, full ownership of the products belongs to the buyer; all liability and risk associated with the shipping process shall be borne by the buyer.
In accordance with customs regulations, the customer must provide valid and accurate data. All consignee names, addresses and payer names should be valid. Some countries require the consignee to submit their ID card or passport in order to clear the package or make payment.
Verification purposes. The customer is solely responsible for the accuracy of the data he/she provides to us. If any information is incorrect and prevents any shipment or delivery or customs clearance, we will not be liable and will not provide any compensation in such cases. Golden Shell will always comply with the law and we kindly remind users to do the same. As an importer, it is the customer's responsibility to comply with all laws and regulations of their own country. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information.
Acceptance of Orders
Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. goldenshellhair.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason and at its sole discretion. Some of the circumstances that may cause your order to be cancelled include limitations on the number of units available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional verification or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any part of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order.
Golden Shell is not responsible for late deliveries on special occasions, such as birthdays or other events. We encourage customers to place their orders in advance to ensure sufficient time to receive their items. All orders reported as "delivered" by the shipping company are considered to have been delivered. In such cases, Golden Shell is not responsible for non-delivery.
Comments and Observations
Except as otherwise provided elsewhere in this Agreement or on the Site, anything you submit or post to the Site and/or provide to goldenshellhair.com, including but not limited to ideas, know-how, techniques, questions, comments, opinions and suggestions (collectively, "Submissions"), are and will be deemed non-confidential and non-proprietary, and by submitting or posting, you agree to irrevocably transfer the Entry and all intellectual property rights (excluding moral rights, such as authorship rights) associated with it are licensed to Golden Shell goldenshellhair.com will have the royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable and transferable right to use, reproduce, display, publish, transmit, adapt, create derivative works of such Submissions in any manner and in any form and to translate, modify, reverse engineer, disassemble, or decompile such Submissions in any manner and in any form. All Submissions will automatically become the sole and exclusive property of goldenshellhair.com and will not be returned to you, and you agree not to dispute any future use of such work by goldenshellhair.com. You warrant that your submission of all or part of the Work is clear and free of any intellectual property infringement, dispute or third party claim. goldenshellhair.com is not liable for any misuse of your copyright or any other rights of third parties. You undertake to defend and indemnify the Sponsor for any damages resulting from the use of the Entry for any purpose.
In addition to the rights applicable to any Submission, when you post a comment or opinion on the Site, you grant goldenshellhair.com the right to use your name, if any, in connection with any comment, opinion or other content submitted by you. You represent and warrant that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to your comments, opinions and other content posted on the Site and that goldenshellhair.com's use of your comments, opinions or other content will not infringe or violate the rights of any third party. You may not use a false e-mail address, impersonate someone other than yourself, or otherwise mislead goldenshellhair.com or a third party as to the origin of any Submission or Content. goldenshellhair.com may, but is not obligated to, remove or edit any Submission (including comments or reviews) for any reason.
Packaging
Unless otherwise specified, the Company will only adhere to the minimum packaging standards for the selected shipping method. The cost of all special packaging, loading or support requested by Buyer will be paid by Buyer. All packaging and shipping costs for Buyer's special equipment shall be paid for by Buyer.
SHIPPING
Unless otherwise specified, "the Company" shall use its judgment in determining carriers and routes. In no event shall "the Company" be liable for any delays or excessive transportation costs resulting from its selection.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the place where the infringement occurred, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Each party to these Terms assumes the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the place where the infringement occurred.
